Refund Policy
We want you to love your Luxéra. If it's not the right fit, here's how returns work.
14-day returns. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Condition. Because Luxéra is a personal skincare device used on the face, returns are accepted only on items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used masks.
Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds once 14 days have passed since delivery.
Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at ceolivesupport00@zohomail.com and we'll make it right.
