How do I use it?
Cleanse first, so you start on fresh dry skin. Pick a mode on the controller, set 5, 10 or 15 minutes, and put the mask on. It shuts itself off when the time is up. Most people use it three to five evenings a week while winding down.
How often should I use it, and when will I notice anything?
Three to five evenings a week is the rhythm most people settle into. We are not going to give you a countdown to a result - this is a cosmetic device, everyone's skin is different, and any brand quoting you a fixed timeline is guessing. Treat it as a wind-down habit you enjoy rather than a clock you are watching. That is also exactly why the trial runs a full 60 nights.
Is it corded?
Yes, and we would rather you knew that before you buy than after. The mask connects by a cord to a small handheld controller, which is where you choose the mode and set the timer. The cord is long enough to rest the controller beside you while you lie back, and keeping the controls in your hand means you are not reaching up to your face to change anything mid-session. There are two cables in the box: the controller cord, and a charging cable for the controller.
What happens if my mask stops working?
Every mask bought from us carries a 12-month limited warranty for the original purchaser, against manufacturing defects, starting the day it is delivered. It covers the mask failing on its own - the lamp beads, a light mode, the controller or a cable - under normal home use. It does not cover drops, knocks or liquid damage.
If it fails on its own, email care@luxeraskin.co with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault. We reply within two business days, and a replacement usually reaches you in the same seven to fifteen business days as a normal order. If we cannot supply a replacement, we refund the price you paid for the mask, including any sales tax you were charged on it. You never pay shipping on a warranty claim, and you do not ship the faulty mask back.
If it fails inside your first 60 nights and you would rather have your money back than a new mask, the 60-night trial still applies and we refund you. Sixty nights to change your mind, twelve months against defects. The full terms, including everything that is not covered, are on the warranty page.
How long does delivery actually take, and where does it ship from?
Straight answer: we dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days from there. Shipping is free to the US and every order is tracked - you get the tracking link by email the moment it leaves.
It is longer than a domestic warehouse would be, because your mask ships from our manufacturing partner overseas rather than from a US fulfilment centre. We would rather tell you that up front than have you wondering on day nine. If a parcel goes past the window, email care@luxeraskin.co and we will chase the carrier and keep you posted.
Returns and refunds
Try the mask for 60 nights from the day it arrives. Open it, use it, and if it is not for you email care@luxeraskin.co within that window for a full refund - no restocking fee and no deduction for normal use. You cover return postage on a change of mind; we cover it if the mask arrives faulty or damaged.
