Shipping Policy
Our shipping terms live in one place, so there is only ever one version to read.
The short version: we dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days from there. Shipping is free on all US orders and every order is tracked, so you get the link by email as soon as it leaves. Your mask ships from our manufacturing partner overseas rather than from a US warehouse, which is why the window is measured in weeks rather than days. We would rather tell you that up front than have you wondering on day nine.
